Nittany Freethought
Nittany Freethought is a discussion group in the Center County area. We meet at 6:00 twice a month in State College: 1st Thursdays at Adams Apple (the bar end of The Tavern Restaurant, usually above left of the fireplace) and 3rd Thursdays at Panera Bread (in the back room "behind" the bakery counter). Freedom from Religion Foundation
The nonprofit Freedom From Religion Foundation works to educate the public on matters relating to nontheism, and to promote the constitutional principle of separation between church and state. The Foundation is the nation's largest association of freethinkers (atheists, agnostics and skeptics) with more than 15,500 members.

The Secular Coalition for America is a 501(c)4 advocacy organization whose purpose is to amplify the diverse and growing voice of the nontheistic community in the United States. They are located in Washington, D.C. for ready access to government, activist partners and the media. The staff lobbies U.S. Congress on issues of special concern.
